  • Make regular exercise a part of your routine.
  • Eat a diet low in fats, salt and cholesterol.
  • Get plenty of sleep each night.
  • Learn to manage stress.
  • If you smoke or use tobacco — quit.
  • Maintain a healthy weight.
  • Drink alcohol only in moderation and remember: alcohol and driving never mix.
  • Reach out to others.
  • Look for the humor in life.

Public Safety  or Medical Emergency
Reach an officer on duty 24/7, 365 days a year by pushing any of the white and blue call boxes on campus or call:

  • Emergency (707) 476-4111
  • Non-emergency (707) 476-4112

Dental Health Center

The Dental Health Center provides reduced cost dental services performed by a licensed dentist and registered dental hygienist being assisted by students enrolled in the Dental Assisting Program. Our services are available to the community; we do however give priority to students and staff of the College of the Redwoods. We do not provide emergency care and appointments are required. For additional information please contact (707) 476-4250.
